These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MissionStack platform ("Platform"), operated by Kickstarting For Good, based in Germany. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the MissionStack web application and all related services.
• "User" refers to any individual or organization that accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Content" refers to any data, text, or materials uploaded to or created within the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or transmit harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all Content you upload to the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your Content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is the property of Kickstarting For Good and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

6. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.
• Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may temporarily affect availability.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kickstarting For Good shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Platform and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
